Cotton Knitwear Fabric Care and Information

To bring to life your 3D apparel designs as final physical products you need the right fabrication. A fabric’s unique characteristics, drape and composition will help determine the best fabric options for specific designs and inspire you to incorporate different fabrics into your collections.

What is Cashmere?

Cashmere is a luxurious, ultra-soft fabric made from the fine undercoat fibers of cashmere goats. Renowned for its exceptional warmth and lightweight feel, cashmere offers a high level of comfort and insulation without the bulk of heavier wools. Its silky texture makes it a popular choice for luxury sweaters, scarves, and cardigans, providing a sophisticated look and decadent feel. Cashmere is also highly breathable and durable making it the perfect choice for luxury and longevity.

The Benefits of Cotton Knits

  • Soft and lightweight
  • Breathable
  • Extremely warm without being bulky
  • A luxurious fabrication

How to Wash Cashmere

The delicate nature of cashmere requires use of a gentle wool wash detergent, cold hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water on a delicate cycle setting without spin. Air dry flat away from direct sunlight to avoid fading and cool iron. Do not soak, wring, rub, bleach or tumble dry. We do not recommend dry cleaning cashmere garments.

How to Care For Cashmere

Gently fold to store cashmere garments away from sunlight, ensure garment has been aired after each wear.
