Hi, Gloria and Luke here. We are beyond excited to introduce you to Fabra, our new, easy-to-use 3D design tool that we believe will revolutionise how physical products are designed. As Fabra takes its first step into the world, we wanted to share a bit about why we’re here, who we are, and what you can expect from Fabra in the coming months.
At Fabra, our mission is simple: to democratise product design. We envision a world where anyone, regardless of their background or technical expertise, can bring their product ideas to life with ease. Whether you’re a seasoned designer, entrepreneur or just someone with a spark of creativity, Fabra is here to empower you.
The current professional desktop-based design tools for designing physical products are outdated, complex, expensive, and out of reach for the everyday product creator. These design tools require months of training. Alternatively, engaging with professional design freelancers is expensive and slow!
Now, why are we solving this problem? With our background in designing products for brands like Grana, Yunotme, Banana and Lane Crawford over the past 10 years, each through long, tedious, expensive, and wasteful design processes. As we navigated the product design world, we realised we weren’t alone in this struggle. Countless brands, retailers, and creators were facing the same challenges—spending immense amounts of time, energy, and money just to bring a product idea to life.
We asked ourselves: how do we make product design easier? There must be a way!
We firmly believe that with today’s modern 3D technologies, a tool that can make product design more collaborative, fun, efficient and accessible to brands, retailers, entrepreneurs, and creative individuals can and should exist.
Fabra is a new web-based 3D design tool built specifically for designing physical products. Imagine an easy-to-use design tool built for the intricate world of product design. With Fabra, you can easily design anything from fashion items to home goods, all within our user-friendly drag-and-drop design interface.
Our product design tool is packed with features that make designing products easier, funner, and more efficient:
Thousands of Production-Ready Templates: Dive straight into design with templates that cover a wide range of product categories.
AI-Powered Design: Harness the power of AI to generate and refine your designs, making the creative process faster and more efficient.
Collaborative Design: Work together with your team and producer in real-time.
Dynamic Tech Packs: Streamline your production with dynamic cloud tech packs that evolve with your design.
Connected Producers: Produce directly on the Fabra platform with some of the world’s most trusted producers.
Low Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs): Partner up with producers who offer low MOQs – as low as MOQ of 1. This reduces the financial and environmental risks associated with large production runs.
Fabra is for anyone with a desire to design new products. Whether you’re a brand or retailer looking to design your next product line, a community organiser needing custom items for an event, or simply someone curious about product design but never knew where to start, Fabra is your new tool. We are starting with apparel, but soon we will be expanding into many product categories.

Fabra explores how to create merchandise for artists. Case study: Australian artist Werner Bronkhorst’s limited ‘Forbidden Grass’ art merch collection sells out at its London launch.
Uninspired by existing options, designer Kate Weinberg took things into her own hands with her Olympic-inspired collection on social media. Her now-viral series resonated with millions, including Olympic athletes and major brands.
